Introducing My New Workout Program: Strong & Confident!

Strong & Confident | Cover ImageHello, hello!

Good morning! I hope y’all are doing amazing and that you survived finals week! Today (as you can probably guess from the title of this post) I am sharing with you some super duper exciting news that I’ve been holding in for awhile. I’ve hinted at it here and there, but I haven’t been promoting it like I should’ve been over the past few weeks.

**drumroll please**

I want to introduce to you, my brand new, completely free workout program called Strong & Confident!!

Strong & Confident | Workout Program CoverI’ve been working super hard over the past 2 months to design the whole thing, write the program, figure out what in the hell I wanted to include, and make sure that it was something that I am genuinely proud of.

Strong & Confident is a workout program designed to help introduce you to the weight room and genuinely empower you to be your strongest and most confident self. The gym isn’t all about working out. It doesn’t just transform your body. The gym transforms your mind.

This guide is not some high-intensity cardio guide aiming to help you achieve your idea “bikini body” in 6 weeks. It’s not going to get you shredded. It’s not going to make you look like a Victoria’s Secret model. This guide is going to show you what your body can do. It’s going to push you in ways you might not have been pushed before, and it’s going to add some structure to your workout routines.

Download your copy!

Think you can’t commit to a workout routine? Think again. This guide is only 4 weeks. I’m pretty sure you can do that. Not only is this program only 4 short weeks, it’s also designed to fit into your schedule no matter how busy you are!

Want your weekends free? Workout Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday.

Are your Mondays absolutely insane, and you can’t make it to the gym? Workout Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday.

With the flexibility of this program, there’s really no excuse for you not to get to the gym. There are even a couple of variations of how you can run this program! If you need more rest during the week, there’s that option. If you want your weekends free, that’s an option as well. See. No excuse.

Strong and Confident | Split Guide

Let’s look at the workouts!

I have you in the weight room 4 times a week and doing an optional cardio day once a week. Here’s what the week looks like:

I go more in-depth about what the program is like in the guide itself so check that out if you want to know more about what it all includes! (I mean it’s free so what’s to lose??)

Join the Facebook Group

Okay so this was kind of a last minute thing that I put together, but I really want to have a Facebook group dedicated to this program and to the #GrayLifeFitLife lifestyle as a whole.

Say hello to the #GrayLifeFitLife Facebook group! The group is private, so just request to join and I’ll add you ASAP!

In this group, I’ll share my favorite workout tips, healthy meal ideas, and so much more. I really think this Facebook group can be such a loving and supportive community.

It’s not only a place for me to share more of my life with you, but it’s a place for you to share your life with me in a completely judgment-free zone. I can easily answer your fitness and nutrition questions, and we can all motivate ourselves to get our ass to the gym and work out!

And Finally, thank you

I want to say a huge thank you to each and every one of you reading this post right now. You are the reason I blog. You are the reason why I post on my Instagram. You are the reason why I love producing content and sharing my life online. Y’alls love and support over the past three years has been insane, and it has made me feel like I actually have an impact in the world.

Thank you and I love all of you so much!

Now it’s time to focus on you. It’s time for you to realize the strength you have inside, and it’s time to let that inner confidence shine.

Walking into the gym and heading straight to the cardio room because you don’t know what else to do is no longer a thing. Say hello to the power of the weight room and don’t let those big, beefy guys scare you off. Trust me, they’re not as intimidating as they may seem.

I’m here for you through this journey, and maybe you just might find the kind of fitness that you love. If you have any questions about anything, I’m always just an email or a DM away.

Try it out, tag your pictures with #GrayLifeFitLife, and let me know what you think!

Taking some time outside of CrossFit to drill down and focus on my weightlifting technique. Snatches and cleans have always been a little intimidating and I’ve been scared to push myself on them for fear of injury. Looking forward to seeing how my lifts progress over the next few months!

Oh, and mental health is doing fantastically, too!

@cattyelizabeth5 and I are back after 3 long months, and we’re so excited to share the first episode of season 5 of Girls Talk! It’s a good one and a pretty great way to spend an hour of your quarantine 💁‍♀️

I was 9 months in to my fitness journey, tracked macros like it was my job, and religiously went to the gym 5-6 days a week. Seeing this pop up in my “Memories” was just what I needed today because being stuck at home because of my susceptibility to lung problems and #covid_19 has left me highly unmotivated to workout...
