Strong & Confident is a workout program designed to empower women in and out of the gym.
Beginning a fitness journey is more than just working hard every day to achieve your ideal body. It’s a transformation of your mind, body, and soul.
For too long, I’ve watched as girls walk into the gym, completely bypass the weight room, and head straight to the cardio room. I’ve seen too many girls afraid to even come close to stepping foot into the weight room because they’re intimidated by all the big, beefy guys. I was once one of those girls.
I wanted to create a program that was approachable by women and was unlike any other fitness program created by your favorite social media influencers. I wanted to create a program that was not HIIT-focused, it doesn’t claim to help you achieve your “bikini body” in 6 weeks, and it doesn’t promise miracles.
Strong & Confident is about creating a routine, creating habits, and creating a passion that will last a lifetime. Fitness is not a fad. Fitness is a lifestyle, and it’s time we all start training like it’s just that.
