Stationery!
In honor of today being the 29th of July, I thought I would share with you my recent stationery obsessions! Or my latest stationery haul. Or just my stationery in general. Mainly just my stationery in general. I don’t know about you, but I LOVE sending and receiving letters. In the world of technology, it’s actually a nice refresher to sit down with a pen and paper and write about your life. I highly recommend sending a letter every once in a while. You wouldn’t believe how happy it can make someone!
What does the 29th have to do with anything?? Today is the day that the first round of pen pals for the Blogger Buddies community is announced! You may have noticed that beautiful, coral Blogger Buddies badge on the right hand side of the blog. You can click on it for more information about the program, and it’ll take you to the form if you want to join! I figured this was an amazing program for me to join because I’m a new blogger and promotion would be amazing, I want to build my contact list of other bloggers, and I just love stationery. This actually gave me an excuse to go buy more!
I buy most of my stationery at Tuesday Morning. More specifically, I buy all my note cards, like the ones in this post, at Tuesday Morning. It’s a great place to find nice quality cards for not a lot of money. I can’t justify spending $10 on a pack of twelve note cards. For a college student, that’s just not feasible. All the note cards pictured in this post were purchased for under $7.
I found these back in May. It was a box of 40 note cards for $6.99. A box like this at Target would easily cost me $12.99 or more.
I found these just the other day! I love the colors and the font. Each box was $3.99.
I cannot wait to send and receive my first letter! Of course I have other stationery supplies like pens, pencils, and markers, but I just wanted to highlight the cards in this post! I am currently looking for washi tape to decorate my envelopes, but I don’t want to spend a lot of money. Do you know of any places to find inexpensive washi tape?Where do you find stationery supplies? Do you also enjoy sending and receiving letters? I love to hear from you all!
