Having a media kit is essential for any size blogger. Learn how I made mine, what to include, and where to find design inspo!

This isn’t my usual fitness or college type of content, but I do post about blogging tips & tricks on here from time to time because after all, this blog takes up 85% of my free time. That other 15% is spent with my cat or watching YouTube videos, but let’s not talk about that.

A few weeks ago I posted a boomerang on my Insta story of my media kit that I had just revamped and finished. Surprisingly, I had several people reply to that story and ask about the media kit, how I made it, what to include, and all that jazzy stuff. Good morning! I think I start out all of my posts this way, but I’m absolutely stoked for today’s post. It’s been on my list of posts to write for a good long while, but I haven’t felt exactly ready to share what’s in my gym bag. Now, my bag is complete, and I’ve figured out exactly what I need to have amazing workouts and avoid that “oh shoot how did I forget that” moment.

If you are a gym goer and a have a gym bag, I think you understand what I mean by that one. It takes awhile to narrow down what you like and don’t like to keep in your bag. From equipment to food, let’s dive right in to what I’m lugging 20 minutes campus on a daily basis that make my workouts so much better.

Quick & Easy Daily Makeup

Quick & easy daily makeup perfect for college students, post-gym routines, or if you're in a rush!

Hey y’all! Okay so I went back and forth for what seemed like hours about what to call this post. It could be makeup products for post-workout, it could be everyday makeup products for a busy college student, or it could be makeup products for when you don’t feel like wearing a ton of makeup. But I’m just settling on quick and easy daily makeup because it encompasses all of the options and more.

This routine takes me at most 10 minutes but usually it’s around a solid 5 minutes. It requires only four products minimum (blush and bronzer not included) which means it can be taken with you anywhere! Hence the reason I wanted to make this a post-workout makeup post.

High protein brownies perfect for any gym junkie.

Happy happy Friday! Let me just fill your feed with a slice of chocolatey deliciousness for a second. I’m going to give you a little bit of a backstory on these brownies. So my neighbor, long time friend, and fellow fitness junkie Libby, also known as @fit_lib on Instagram, posted about these protein brownies back in December. She posted the recipe in January and ever since then, I’ve wanted to try them out.

Also I just discovered that berry/mauve color is complementary to my mint green that I use and I’m kinda obsessed. Anyways, now that my mini excited rant is over, lets get on to this awesome haul!

Taking some time outside of CrossFit to drill down and focus on my weightlifting technique. Snatches and cleans have always been a little intimidating and Iโ€™ve been scared to push myself on them for fear of injury. Looking forward to seeing how my lifts progress over the next few months!

I was 9 months in to my fitness journey, tracked macros like it was my job, and religiously went to the gym 5-6 days a week. Seeing this pop up in my โ€œMemoriesโ€ was just what I needed today because being stuck at home because of my susceptibility to lung problems and #covid_19 has left me highly unmotivated to workout...
I honestly forgot how productive I am whenever I w I honestly forgot how productive I am whenever I work from a coffee shop โ˜•๏ธ No pantry full of food, no comfy bed, and no opportunity to take a nap. Working from home is great and all, but it can be so distracting ๐Ÿ˜‚
